Stop listening to politicians, with their sweet speeches!
They will get you into their lies and you will understand nothing at all about their dishonest and vicious games! And they will continue to prosper at your expense.
Those who are in power today will talk to you about national unity, living together, love of the country, peace, etc. In reality, all this is blah! There is no national unity in it!
There is simply a ruse to keep the 5,000 billion FCFA budget under their control!
Behind these declarations of national unity hides a diabolical strategy: that of confiscating money that belongs to everyone and managing it supposedly in the name of everyone’s interest!
Hold ! Have we not organized with great fanfare a Grand National Dialogue which has resulted in an Advanced Decentralization with special status for Anglophones?
Have we not adopted, in the same vein, the Decentralization Code which promised 15% of the budget to Regions and Municipalities? But what have we seen on the contrary?
Only a tiny portion of 1%, of the rest assigned to tasks of salaries, organization of seminars and maintenance of National Councils of Decentralization!
The central bureaucracy does not want to hear anything and never decentralized power! All they are doing today is trying to save time, in the hope that the situation will calm down and that the Cameroonian people will end up resigning themselves by saying: “There is nothing we can do against the people from Yaoundé! Let them manage the country’s money alone! ” Expect nothing good from these people!
They will never change! This is not to say that we must fall into the arms of certain individuals who declare themselves opponents, claiming that they will come to apply good governance!
They are impostors who covet the management of this money, and want to replace Biya and his people to do like them.
They don’t want any changes to the system! They are even more dangerous! The real change in Cameroon is money! It is the management of the 5,000 billion budget.
And the real Revolution that Cameroonians must make is the following: summon the people of Yaoundé to share the money!
There will never be other revolutions in Cameroon than those of sharing money from the budget!
Budget money collectively belongs to all Cameroonians and no one can take over management by doing what they want to happen to be a magical deity!
This money comes from the following sources:
-50% of tax revenue,
85% paid by multinationals, the State of Cameroon and the national private sector content with 14%
-25% for customs -25% by oil.
This money belongs to us all and no one can impose its management on others! Never listen to the people who come to give you supposedly revolutionary speeches without talking to you about money!
They are liars and crooks! The only revolution in Cameroon is simple: the 5,000 billion are split in two, half for the Central State and the other half for the Regional States!
And everyone takes their share and goes home to do what they want! If a Regional State has schools in huts, if it does not have a University, if it does not have a road, it is its business!
