Majority of us (Africans) do not know how to appreciate those who risk their Lives for our Freedom. We normally join our long-standing oppressors and colonizers to run-down our own, the very heroes who need our support to protect our interests. This are the people who defy all odd in attempts to institute systems that will, in the long-run, work for our interest rather than conforming to the very laid-down system which always work against our interests.
We often fall for this trap, and consequently, become agents that aid our own destruction because we largely lack the true knowledge of our past, and the knowledge of the very systems that are used to programmed us to stand against our own interests.
On the very surface, we should at least, have to Know that the effect of the Berlin Conference that produced this Exploitative system is Still Alive and claiming the lives of Millions of African and helping to Extract Trillions of Dollars every year from Africa.
Do you really think that the very people who enslaved and transported millions of our people away to work freely to build their countries will just wake up one day and become advocates of human rights on our land?
Do you, in your right frame of mind believe that the same people who colonized our continent for over 400 years and took away every single resource that could be amassed at the time to their countries to offer luxurious life to their people without leaving anything behind to support our survival will just turn to us and say – “let us become your development partners and help you to develop and become like us”?
Your neighbour wouldn’t push you into the gutter if he sincerely wishes to see you up and standing! You call on this neighbour to help you to come out at your own risk.
These are the true knowledge which Mugabe, Gaddafi, Sankara, Lumumba, Nkrumah and the likes had, of which they stood firmly for; but, because the dangerous colonizers wear Masks all the time, you will think that the likes of Robert Mugabe were fighting their People. Today, they are portrayed as the cause of all our woes because they couldn’t use 10, 20, or 30 years to fix what colonizers used 500 years to destroy.
We are the new generation and we have the duty to begin the rebuilding of Africa. We must do this without failing our future generations. We must bring back the true spirit of Africa, the spirit of self-help, the ever green spirit of UBUNTU. In the face of this true Africanism spirit, we must remind ourselves that Yes, we can do it and we shall do it. We must begin to write Books and make Movies about the Exploiters schemes which they use to break us down anytime we begin to build; something I am dedicated to joining my colleagues to do and do them well.
We cannot forget to remind our people that colonizers always have Secret Agents who are Blacks and Citizens of African Nations. They live with us, they work with us, and they together fight the system with us but they do not represent us and we cannot look at their betrayal and say the Black Man is his own enemy. We are never our own enemy.
If you don’t know the systems that is used to Exploit Africa, you will continue to curse yourself and crucify the true Heroes of our land and everything will forever remain the same. We shall once again rebuild Africa but you must be ready to change your mental state and know that we are more than capable to do this for ourselves and for our future generations.
