Cameroon Reopens Air Space

After three months of lockdown, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Cameroon’s airports have now opened to internatonal flights. Air France begins her tri-weekly fights into the country today evening with a flight from Paris. Touch is schedule for 4pm and departure will take place tomorrow morning.

Other airline companies will operate one flight per week into the country, for now.




Government authroties authorities say stringent measures are in place at the airports to detect cases of covid-19.

France has also opened her bodies to EU countries as other member states had already done. But the risisng cases in Cameroon is a source of worry for many Cameroonians as over 9000 have been detected in the country.

Tests will however be carried out at airport upon arrival for those who cannot show their test results from three days ago.
