Okirika Face Masks, Is this a News Business?

Disgusting!!!

What is this business of picking and washing masks for resale in Douala. The spread of covid-19 has many tentacles. One should have expected to see political parties, the civil society, among others, much involved in the fight against covid-19.

But for a few progressive politicians in Cameroon, many have taken docile positions in a situation that threatens to have a devastating toll on the survival of the African race, with Cameroonians peaked top on the chart.

You harp on the same string of your political endeavours being in the interest of the people.

The foregoing naturally commits you to fight and win the first and most essential battle which is that of keeping the populations alive, should you have any integrity left with you.

Anything short of this naturally burkes the question on your real intents in the gullible political arena.

Where are those opportunistic NGOs which say they’re working for protection of the vulnerable populations.

Should we not ask your funding organisations to probe your endeavours in this major scare, as it inadvertently and unprecedentedly x-rays what your organisation stands for by clinically putting to test the proactiveness you show and penchant you have for bringing solace to human sufferings and vulnerabilities?
