President Paul Biya is expected to make another trip again abroad
Just returning home recently from an official visit in Lyon, France as part of the major conference on AIDS, Paul Biya is again expected in Paris to take part in the second Paris conference on peace and security from 11 to 13 November 2019.
Paul Biya was absent last year at the first conference because of post-election contestation.
Luc Sindjoun, his special adviser, was sent on an advanced mission to Paris to adjust and prepare Paul Biya’s agenda during these four days.
The president was first expected to visit Russia from 23 to 24 October 2019 in the framework of the economic forum expected to take place in Sochi but will now be represented by his prime Minister.
Seems like the president is going to be having an overloaded international agenda decidedly overloaded.
